Indian to Girdwood Electric-Assist Bike Ride from Anchorage

Ride on this Electric-Assist Bike Ride along the breathtaking, 13 mile pathway following the Turnagain Arm, adjacent to the nationally designated Scenic Seward Highway. Mountains, glaciers, dall sheep, eagles, moose, black bears, beluga whales and ocean views are a few of the spectacular sights you can take in on the Indian to Girdwood Pathway.

This fun-packed ride will be no problem for families or seniors alike with the electric-assist bicycles. The bikes are set up to easily handle the length of this wonderfully scenic, fully paved 26 mile roundtrip trail on a single charge. With everyone being able to keep pace with the guide at their speed, this is truly an Alaskan adventure that anyone can enjoy.

This tour is not rushed along so there are plenty of opportunities to ask your guide about the surroundings or stop for photos. Get out and enjoy the big, wild life that Alaska has to offer right around Anchorage.

48 HOURS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. This tour includes pick-up from Anchorage hotels. Rates include taxes and fees.Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-321-3640. There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

How do Electic-Assist Bikes work?
Lithium-powered electric-assist systems mounted on every bike provide silent peddle assistance when necessary and remain a fully functional bicycle when not. With operator controlled throttle, riders are allowed to determine just how much or little assistance they receive when facing a headwind, going up a hill or cruising at a relaxed pace.

Tag-a-long trailers, a tandem attachment to an adults bike for children, are available.

Guide, helmets, box lunch, and water will be provided.

Bicycles without electric assist are always available upon request at no charge.

Transportation to and from Anchorage and Girdwood Hotels will be provided.

Guests must be able to ride a regular bicycle comfortably.

There is a maximum group size of 8 for this tour.
